Sure would love to drink the purple kool-aid, folks, but just about any team (save for a few elite programs) would be rebuilding if they lost their top offensive player, top defensive player, best receiver and the vast majority of their offensive production. Only five home games ... (by NU standards) a tough NC schedule ...

I love our coach and like this team a lot, but let's just focus on taking care of business one week at a time and avoiding the early slip-up - if we get to that brutal November schedule with 7 or 8 wins already in the bank, then I will happily imbibe the purple stuff with my serving of crow.:)

For right now, just beat Vandy! It's not Bama, but it's still an SEC school on the road, no walk in the park.
