[NU Sports] USA-Today Poll; Big Ten Championship Game

In the USA-Today Coaches Poll, NU received 2 votes to land in the "Others Receiving Votes" category, while 'Bama was slotted at No. 1:  http://espn.go.com/college-football/rankings/_/poll/2/week/1

As for other Big 10 teams, Ohio State was voted No. 2, Iowa was No. 10, Wisky was No. 12, and Penn State was No. 14.  Michigan State received 10 votes in the "Others Receiving Votes" category, while the Wolverines were humbled (yet again) by receiving no votes at all--even Temple received 2 votes, while N. Ill. and C. Mich. received 1 apiece.  Also, future Big 10 opponent Nebraska landed at No. 9.

And Lucas Oil Stadium will host the first BT Championship--something I, for one, do not like:  http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=5441153
  They already have the Hoops stuff.  I really was pulling for Soldier Field, as I have no doubt many of you were as well.
