When I used to hire sales reps, I didn't care how much or what they'd done
in the past, I was just looking for guys and gals who wanted to win.
They had to play fair, stay within the bounds of the law and ethics, but I
only wanted winners on my sales staffs.
Most football programs with men playing in the NFL also are winners as are
their players.

No, I meant exactly what I said.
Completely agree that Kafka needs to improve, and I'm pretty sure he'd
sincerely and gladly trade the huge stats from the last two games for a win.
Trust me, I wish as much as any other fan that Mike had avoided the handful
of mistakes, and shown a bit more of a magic touch down the stretch.
But I still think the Syracuse performance was bordering on the epic, even
with the mistakes and the lack of a W. That is, of course, a matter of
opinion.
