Yes, the BTN and Comcast came to an agreement in August of last year and it
is carried on the lowest cable tier in Big Ten states (minus Philadelphia),
and outside of the Big Ten footprint it's available on Comcast's Sports and
Entertainment Package (extra monthly fee). I've been watching the BTN in
Evanston on Comcast for over a year now (I have the lowest digital cable
package, "Digital Starter"). Note that there was a possibility that Comcast
could move the BTN to higher level (more costly) cable tiers starting this
year, but that hasn't happened yet. The BTN website has a ton more
information about its availability.
