Yes, it takes so much that we *only* have 34 bowl games. :) Seriously, 
though, people have been predicting a decrease in the number of bowls 
for decades. I'll believe it when it actually happens. Corporations 
aside, we now are dealing with wealthy conferences who are used to 
sending all their bowl-eligible teams somewhere. A way will be found.

Not that I'm thrilled with the idea of this bowl -- an open-air northern 
bowl in winter? no thanks -- but if the EagleBank and St. Petersburg 
Bowls can get certified, so can this one.
