It takes a lot to get a new bowl game certified these days.   You have
to have a TV contract and a sponsor.  The number of bowl games may actually
go down in 2010 or 2011 because of financial problems at the sponsoring 
companies.

How well will a football field shoehorn into the new stadium?  Wrigley
Field was always a bit of a tight fit.
