Suspect Joe Pa's safeties may be able to run Scott down. Would be nice
to see them try though.

If you haven't already done so, read Skip's column on Paterno. It's one
of the best things I've read, on any subject, in a long while:
http://nusports.cstv.com/sports/m-footbl/spec-rel/102809aac.html
I'm reminded that whatever else happens, it'll be a privilege for me to
once again sit in the stands and watch Mr. Paterno coach his team.
Skip also has another nice "Quick Hitters" column up.
On another subject entirely, I was looking at Scott Concannon's bio, and
noted that in just one game in HS, he had
"324 total yards and four TD's (just eight rushing attempts) ... Had TD
runs of 98 and 99 yards in the contest, along with a 96-yard screen
pass."
Wow.
Now, I'm hoping we don't get pinned inside our 5 yard line at any point
on Saturday. But if we do, could we somehow arrange for Scott to rip off
another of those 90-yard plays?
Tom
