I don't think we have the comparable athletic talent to stay with PSU
unless we avoid turnovers, penalties, sloppy tackling and poor blocking.
Whether or not that qualifies as a "perfect" game, I guess, depends on one's own
definition. But we have to play substantially better than we have in any
game this season against PSU or Iowa to have even a remote chance to win.
I doubt either team will be flat at this time of the year and so much at
stake.

Our d just has to keep the game close so that we can steal something at
the end.

That's one area where we may have an advantage over PSU.

If they play a flat game and we can win the turn over battle, we know how
to score at the end of the game.

Also pray for terrible weather. That may help keep the game close too.

I think we have to be brutally honest. To defeat either PSU or Iowa, Cats
will have to play a virtually perfect, 60-minute game, a possibility that
based on what we've seen this year is quite remote. Both the Lions and
Hawks have so many weapons and any sloppy tackling, turnovers, or poor OL
play
by the Cats would be lethal. A win in either game would be among the
biggest upsets of the year in college football. Cat fans always dream,
but the
reality is much more difficult to navigate.
