I think it's about maturity and leadership.
Nobody plays a perfect game.
What this team is lacking are the leaders who are going to go out and
make a play to grab back the momentum when it feels like it is flowing
against us.
That's why it feels like we play great until we encounter some
adversity. Then we never seem to get it back.
I'm not close enough to the team to speculate why. Hopefully we'll see
some of the young guys emerge as leaders before the season closes.
