I do not know the solution to the CATS!! problem with attendance but from  
somebody who has lived in Louisiana for 12 years going to games in death 
valley  and Florida for 15 years going to games in the swamp and now at UCF 
America's  third largest university I will tell you that it is a cultural 
divide, the  tailgating is all of 3 days and the game is like a rock concert, we 
are in the  wrong decade and in the wrong place to compete at a national 
level. It is like  trying to compete with Sri Lanka in cricket in Evanston, not 
going to  happen.
