I think any talk about a new stadium is fantasy. We don't come close  to 
filling the current one except when Penn State or another Big Ten power  
brings its legions.  How could the University justify -- or even  contemplate -- 
spending the hundreds of millions to build a new one with  such lackluster 
community and alumni support?  It won't happen.
