[NU Sports] Baz for OC. Vote early, vote often...

I agree that Fitz has little to do with the offensive play calling except
for the aforementioned 4th down and conversion calls reserved for head
coaches.

Also, I don't think anyone in their right mind would hire Baz as an OC right
away at any level. It's pretty clear he would start off as a QB coach and
then go from there. In fact he's already started in that role to some
degree, working with Kafka, Persa, and Kafka's brother this past offseason
(I think most would agree Kafka's passing looks better than his 6 starts
prior to this season).

While it's easy to heap the blame on the OC, the fact is that the offensive
line hasn't done the offense any favors, and, in fact, NU could be missing
former OL coach Ingalls who went to the Saints this past offseason (and look
how the Saints have started their season). No, the play calling hasn't been
great, but NU's lack of a legitimate running game is coming back to hurt
them with defenses sending the pass rush early and often (which then isn't
helped by an OL that can't slow down that rush).

We'll see what happens after the year is done; I think he'll likely be kept
around given the loyalty NU shows to its coaches. In any case, there's
still time for improvement and the offense has shown flashes this year, so
hopefully they can put it together at some point.
