Yeah, but Fitz had at least been a working football coach for several years, 
not a practice squad NFL player with a portion of one NFL game under his belt.

I think we all recognize that Fitz got the job several years before he was 
really ready for it, and why.  Personally, I think his inexperience may 
have cost NU at least one win.  

I'm not that excited about McCall, either, though I haven't seen any of
this year's games and it's hard to be too critical when all I have to
go on is the radio call.
