(Note new bowl lineup goes into effect after next season).

New bowls for Big Ten: Gator, Texas, and new bowl in Dallas (Cowboys
Stadium).  That brings the total to 8 (Detroit slides down to the bottom of
the pecking order).

The top 3 are unchanged, but spots 4-7 should present more manageable
matchups for the Big Ten than the current slate due to more equal bowl
selection order between the two conferences.  Also, some new destinations
are added which isn't a bad thing (and none of them are cold weather sites).
