Yes, we'll have to piss off the greenies and take land from dear old Lake Michigan, but I doubt downtown Kenosha will suffer flooding that a few sheets of Brawny won't handle.  A new stadium is imperative to recruiting a better caliber of player and in growing interest in the team.  Dyche/Ryan is a dinosaur that doesn't yet realize it's become oil.

How many small private schools have done that?

If Dyche/Ryan became oil, it'd be worth something. :-)
