Well, it became the reverse trap for 'em - losing the big games to Cal and Wisky and winning the doughnut.:)
> Also, blocking deficiencies are very very annoying.?
> Blocking can be taught, weights can be used, big meals can
That's what really annoyed me - the blocking and the play calling. We can improve on those if we work on 'em.
As for the rest of the season, it's the same old story for NU -- we can't take anything for granted. We can beat all of those teams left and we can lose to any of them as well. PSU hasn't been consistent for a full game ... Iowa still lacks that offensive firepower and plays close games against teams they should beat ... and we don't have OSU and Michigan. As for Wisky, I'm hoping Hankwitz makes the difference there and knows the Badger gameplan inside and out (remember that we haven't faced them with Hank yet).
This coming Saturday should be a big one in separating contenders and pretenders with the games at Columbus and Iowa City. Also a pretty big game in East Lansing, as the Illini and Sparty do battle to see who still keeps faint hopes alive. But all that matters for us is that we BEAT MIAMI!
GO CATS!!!

BTW - The AP poll shenanigans are already starting. Virginia Tech survives a scare at Duke, yes DOOK!, and leapfrogs unbeaten Boise State into the top five. And 5-0 Wisconsin has yet to crack the top 25 because of that Big Ten lack of respect (OSU got leapfrogged by Cincy as well). What a system!
