[NU Sports] Angry Fitz...

I think that the comments were more targeted at the media, who has either
ignored NU (see the Trib today, which has focused on an ND team that is 6-5
and fading fast) or outwardly dissed NU (see O'Donnell's article in the
Sun-Times last week). He later went on to discuss how NU makes a good bowl
team and directs the media to AD Phillips for the details (NU does show up
much better for bowl games than home games in terms of attendance).

Hopefully NU's consistent winning ways will help turn around both the lack
of media attention and the attendance issue (by the way, the average
attendance this season was the lowest in modern history, coming in at
24,190, just under the 2007 number).
