[NU Sports] Fitz Press Conference

Fitz lobbied for Kafka as Big 10 MVP and All-Big 10 QB at his press conferrence (on BTN a few minutes ago).  Then, Glenn Mason said Fitz should be BT Coach of the Year, after our 3-0 November showing.

If we can win a bowl game--please--Fitz will really be able to recruit going forward.  We are now 5-3 two years in a row in BT, which is best showing other than OSU, PSU, and,Iowa (which was 5-3 last year, too; Wisky was 3-5).  We are in the Upper Tier (or, more accurately, upper level of Middle Tier), while Michigan, Wisky, MSU and others slog around below us.  

If we go to Champs Sports Bowl, I hope to meet many of you there.  Same for Outback, if somehow we end up there, which doesn't seem likely.
