Yes it has
My father,an 0hio State grad of the class of 1938 ,told me that their star QB at the time was William,"Tippy" Dye. Dye later became AD of NU and was there in 1971 the next to the last time we beat the Bucks. I guess we tried. Dad passed away this year able to celebrate 70 years as an alum

November 25, 1916- Ohio State beat Northwestern 23-3 in Columbus, Ohio, to cap a 7-0 season and
earn the Buckeyes their first Big Ten championship. It was the first of 33 Big Ten titles for
Ohio State, 17 outright and 16 shared championships to date.
