Prior to the announcement of a full-time BCS Executive Director, the title
of BCS coordinator rotated amongst the participating conference
commissioners every 2 years and wasn't really a formal position.  With a
formal anti-BCS lobby now formed in Washington, this position was needed to
defend the association/contract/whatever you want to call it.

But, fans now have a place to direct their anger.  Stephen and others, have
at it.
