[NU Sports] They don't make it easy, do they?

Another close game, far closer than it needed to be.  Given all the
reversals I've seen by the replay booth in the last few weeks, several
of which seemed INDISPUTABLY BAD, I was on the edge of my seat--again.
(But I think the call on the field was correct.)  

Wisky put their game away in the 2nd half, something the Cats need to learn
how to do (NU SHOULD have won this game by at least 20), but Purdue 
couldn't hold on to a lead against Sparty.  

So, Purdue, Indiana and Illinois are not going bowling, and Michigan's 
bowl o chances look really iffy, especially since OSU has owned them 
lately.  But everyone else is bowl eligible and jockeying for position.

So that 7th win was really important.  Hopefully today's win will keep us 
out of Detroit as well.  But it'd be a nice capper to the regular season 
to win at home against the Badgers.

I know that was the 'C' team for ESPN (at best), but that was embarassing!  
I really missed the yellow first down marker on screen.
