[NU Sports] Special teams coach again

No one. Just put one assistant in charge of superbacks/special teams. 

He would then be able to concentrate on special teams and could attend clinics, study ST play, etc.

The addition of a special teams coach would result in the firing of a 
coach because the NCAA says a college team can can only have 9 coaches.

So, who should we fire?
