When the conference comes out with new schedules every few years, it tends to shuffle
which teams schools play at home and which teams they play on the road, so that schools 
don't always have the same set of opponents on the road or at home, eg, Iowa at home and 
Illinois on the road, or vice versa.  Otherwise we would either never have both 
Illinois and Iowa at home in the same season or always have them at home in the same
season.

That means that sometimes we play a team at home two years in a row and sometimes we
play a team on the road two years in a row.
