Yes, Fitz basically confirmed this after the Penn State game when he said
that he would use one of the many QBs on NU's roster over Watkins to avoid
burning his redshirt.  Some other high school QBs on NU's roster off the top
of my head: Brewer, Smith, and Phillips.

It is pretty clear that this is an emergency-only move, though, and I think
either Kafka or Persa should be ready to go on Saturday.
