Immediately after the game was over I received a text from a cousin who is a Mich. Law grad.  In substance it was "Congratulations, for us, we beat ND I guess that will have to be enough".  Too which the only appropriate reply I could think of was Thanks for both the text and ND.  Navy finished them off today so no worries about ND stealing a BCS bid.

Looks like with one more win, admittedly not a given anymore, a Florida nowl should be in the offing, which I really hope is the case since I will be down there anyway.

Thanks Cats for a glorious Saturday even when my horses didn't come in.
Mark

'Cats are one of 5 teams in conference to be bowl eligible (with * next to name of school). Teams trailing us (without an *) include: Mich. St., Mich., Minn. Purdue, Indiana and Illinois. And several of those teams look like their "buble" is gonna burst--especially Rich Rod's Wolves. They have to go to Madison next week and then finish with tOSU. If they don't make a bowl, anyone think he survives?

How Sweet It Is (to quote Jackie Gleason)!!

Let's give props to Purdue and Coach Hope. While they have looked god-awful at times, they won in the Big House and beat the Buckeyes two weeks ago.
