This is Pasadena's turn to "double host." The traditional Rose Bowl game between the Big Ten and Pac-10 champs is on January 1st, as usual. Then, on January 7th, the BCS National Championship Game will also be in Pasadena.

>Would love to see such a matchup, too, but unfortunately, the only Big Ten vs. Pac-10 game is the Rose Bowl. So, what I'd like to see instead is an Insight Bowl rematch against Missouri.

>And, speaking of the Rose Bowl, with Ohio State's win and Oregon's loss today, it would not at all surprise me to see an eventual Rose Bowl rematch of (yawn) SC vs. Ohio State. That could happen if OSU beats Iowa and if Oregon loses again, while SC wins out.
