Would love to see us play Stanford in some bowl game.

 

Natural story lines ... brain bowl ... young coaches etc.

 

The Stanford running back, Toby Gerhart, is a stud. He ran for more than
220 yards today, a school record.

 

Also, one of the announcers calling the game, Petros Papadakis (he's
also an LA sports talk-radio personality), said he believed their
redshirt freshman QB, Andrew Luck, is the best young qb in the nation
(which is saying something given that Matt Barkley is playing at USC).
