[NU Sports] What a great win

   This was the Northwestern team I expected; great defense, although Mabin let #7 wide open with 5:00 to play.  Mr Wooten was unreal.  
   Good to see the ground game start coming together the last 3 games; we had more 3rd and shorts today than we've had all season.  Both QB's played well; Persa was ooozing with confidence when he tried to "force" one  that got picked, but he was comfortable running the show. Provided he has no broken bones in his hand, he should be back against Illinois.
   Not once have I criticized McCall, but twice, maybe 3 times he runs an option with a man not physically able to run?  Strange.  But McCall had the boys ready to play, so screw it.
   What an afternoon; against Iowa of all people.  I saw a shirt some moron was wearing last weekend when they got lucky against Indiana. It said Kinnick Fuckin Stadium.  What a loser.  All I can say is that we've won 3 in a row and wrecked their season at Kinnick Fuckin Stadium.  Priceless.

PS-I humbly submit I called for the upset on this here list last night, although I suspected more points would be scored.  Oh well; I'll live :)
