[NU Sports] Sad loss

Can't agree more....a pretty ugly game.  I honestly thought that the 'Cats were back on track with about 7-8 minutes left after taking lead at 49-47...and then Tubby called a strategic timeout after another empty Gopher possession. Not sure what he said (I can guess some of the words he might have used) but they came back out with more of the energy they played with in first half.  'Cats had  nothing to counter with the last 3 minutes.....

NIT starts Tuesday, hopefully the 'Cats are in and get a home game.

A clone of the Ohio State game:  We play lousy in the first half, come back in the second, Thompson makes a miracle shot to give us a lead, and then the Cats call in the loss.  Maybe there'll be the NIT.  Sigh.
