ABC and ESPN are part of the same corporate conglomerate, so no loss to 
them.  As to cable ratings vs. networks, you're comparing 4 channels to 
hundreds and only primetime at that.  Start thinking satellite dish.  I'll 
be happy to recommend you to DirecTV, and we'll both get $50 back.  How else 
are you going to get the Big Ten Network and Fox News?
