The Sporting News website is running a piece on 'Prestige rankings' of 

college football programs.  

 

To no great surprise, Notre Dame is listed in the top 5 (at #4), but

there's an interesting side-comment in the article on them:

 

Did you know?  Since 1995, Notre Dame has fewer consensus All-Americans 

than Northwestern.
