Yes, the last game was in 1976 and was halted midway through the 3rd 
quarter when a huge thunderstorm blew through.  The game was struggling 
anyway due to pro teams becoming increasingly reluctant to let their 
highly paid rookies play, both because of the risk of injury and because 
it meant they were not in training camp.

The All-Stars won nine games (the last of those in 1963), two ended in 
a tie (1934 and 1936), and the NFL won 31 of them.

Most of the games were played at Soldiers Field, but a few were played
at Dyche, I'm not sure which ones.
