As I said at the start, the Congress has WAY more important things to do
right now than waste time on this issue.

Whether or not this is the appropriate use of the law, if Congress DOES
waste time on this issue, the NCAA likely will act first to prevent
Congress from getting involved.

We trust that Sen Sherman authored his act to prevent monopolies (like
late 1800's railroads) from screwing 'the little people' against their
will (like price-fixing shipping fees).

The NCAA should never apply, since while it is adept at screwing and
bringing in big dollars, the participants (fans) are willing consumers
and know that they're getting a flawed, perhaps unfair system.? The fans
are not injured.? If they don't like the product, they can quit
watching/attending games.
