We trust that Sen Sherman authored his act to prevent monopolies (like late 1800's railroads) from screwing 'the little people' against their will (like price-fixing shipping fees).

The NCAA should never apply, since while it is adept at screwing and bringing in big dollars, the participants (fans) are willing consumers and know that they're getting a flawed, perhaps unfair system.? The fans are not injured.? If they don't like the product, they can quit watching/attending games.

Much as I want to see a playoff system, please, government, stay the hell out of it! Then it will REALLY become unfair. John Sherman must be rolling over in his grave.?
