[NU Sports] Bye Bye BCS?

There's an ex-Marine representative that submits a bill every year to change
the Department of the Navy to The Department of the Navy and Marine Corps.

I think if they do that, it should read the Department of the Navy, Marine
Corps, and the Coast Guard in time of War to be accurate.

It's political grandstanding
