They have year end polls --one of them does not dicate who gets to be  # 1 
,and if those voting think Utah should be #1, then they can vote them in--Of 
course this means a conflict with the mandatory BCS voting where the winner of 
the title game is automatically crowned.  I love the controversy--to me this is 
so much what college football is all about--I don't like to see one team 
dominate , even in a given year--those years when it obvious to everyone who should 
be #1, tends to be more boring (at least to me anyhow)

The Ivies are not allowed to go to the post-season ,except one all star game 
(and therefore would not be allowed to go to a hypothetical round robin)-Just 
suppose one of them had one of the top teams in the nation-(yeah I know--it's 
1 in million) --they would miss out and couldnt be voted in as #1
