[NU Sports] We beat Iowa five ways

I know that it is currently popular to rag on Detroit. There are certainly parts of Detroit that are in tough shape, but no worse than parts of the west side of chicago, or the bronx, or compton. Downtown Detroit, on the other hand is also very similar to most every other vibrant downtown.  The only goat I've seem recently was wandering around in Wrigleyville last october.

Watching the MSU-Georgia game, it looked to me like the MSU crowd was pretty small, certainly in comparison to the Georgia crowd.  My guess is that it reflects the non existent Michigan economy.  As The Weekly Standard pointed out, Detroit, except for not having goats wandering the streets, is like a third world country.
