Yes a nice win, but back to football, if anyone can get info on Tyrell Sutton
at the NFL Combine please report. I think he is the only CAT! there

Didn't see the game. Only read the recap. Nice to see that Shurna had
the winning basket, that we out rebounded OSU in the second half, and
that we came from behind. These kids continue to learn what they need
to do in order to win. It also demonstrates that Carmody is doing a
good job bringing the young guys along.

Great game! Big win! Very fun to watch. Carmody's first against OSU.
Reminds me of Walker's first against OSU.

I didn't start watching the CATS this year until after they beat
Michigan State. I've watched every game since. I've only watched a
couple games per year over the last 10 (O'Neil era and Carmody era) and
this is the FIRST year that I've really enjoyed watching them. I've
watched 8 straight games in a row! That's a record. Go Big Ten Network.
Hope the ratings are up. Ok.
Call me a fair weather fan. That's legit.

I personally like the 1-3-1 and it looks like Rowley and Nash have
improved the last six games. Nice double pump fake Nash had under the
basket tonight.

I've been impressed with the CATS and coaching. Sure, I'll grant the 5
whiners on this list (they always want to fire the coach and the glass
is always 2/3 empty) that the CATS should have, should have won the
Illinois game (but don't forget who the underdogs were). Which is worse
underdogs; the 9th place team giving up a 15 point lead to the 2nd place
team or tonight when the 4th place team (who should have won) gave up a
12 pt lead to the 9th place underdogs? I'll call that a draw, though
emotionally the former feels worse.

I will say it has been another version of the Cardiac CATS these last 8
games. Six games decided by 5 points or less.

Loss at Michigan - not close or particularly interesting to watch.

Win over IU by 2.

Win over WI by 3.

Win easy over Chicago State - by 8 - fun to watch

Loss at Iowa by 5. NU didn't play well. No synch. Frustrating game to
watch.

Loss to IL by 1 - the devastating loss. One play different would have
guaranteed Carmody as Big Ten Coach of the Year.

Lost to MI by 3 (OT). (no folding after the devastating loss - says
something about the coaching and players)

Big Win over OSU by 3- after being down 12 (and didn't fold - ditto last
remark).

The coaches and players certainly are showing resilience this year.

Remember, a disheartening loss to #3 Purdue (CATS up 10 pts with how
many mins left); followed by beating ranked MN and then #1 team in the
conference.

Five tough games ahead. Go CATS! They can match up against the rest of
them!

Next up. Gophers. Sunday night 7pm EST.
