I'm in Tent No. 8. Will try to get to No. 24 if that's where the group will be hanging out. On the back of my ticket (which is quite large; I presume they all are) it has a small diagram showing that Tents 1-20 have entry to left and Tents 21-60 have entry to right. But it also looks like they are not entirely walled off--sort of reminds me of a vast flea-market.

Someone suggested we get some name tags (with not only our names, but our email addresses). Maybe we can get the kind NU always uses at Alumni events.

Does anyone have a sense of what traffic will be like that morning? I have to travel up from Longboat Key, which is usually about a 90-minute ride, but if there is going to be gridlock by the Stadium, I will have to leave very early. Frankly, I'm ready for the game now. I can't wait until kickoff.

In today's NY POST there was extended Bettor's Guide for all of the bowl games. Tim Sullivan, their college beat writer, had nice things to say about the 'Cats and advised taking the points:

We got #24.
What happened to Jim? I heard tent #8 for SEC and tOSU folks only ;-)
It is too bad the only meat in the food tent seems to be pig. Bacon w/ the eggs
nd ham on rolls. A screwdriver to start the day seems like a good plan.
Did anyone read "Gearing up for the Northwestern Wildcats!"

I thought it was about as unbiased an auburn-side preview could be.

ent 24 we should meet in front of there, perhaps? As it gets closer
e can decide.
