The whole situation just stinks all around.

Gonna be hard for players to buy into attending ND now - with the Irish being the most trigger-happy BCS program over the past decade and with a coach who seems to give his word lightly. If one side doesn't get you, the other will.:)

Saw some of the interviews and Kelly seemed to ooze arrogance and not really care much about the mess he left -- reports said he even waited until the end of the banquet to tell him. I don't blame the players for coming out and laying into him. Good for them!:)

At least it won't be difficult to hate the Irish any less now that smug Charlie is gone.

PS - Agree on how the NCAA can simply stop this by placing a date when coaches cannot be interviewed until - much like the NFL.
