[NU Sports] Tampa hotels, q's re cars, taxis, comment re tickets

If you are at the Waterside there are a bunch of things to do right there,  
and a cab to the stadium is easy, back I don't know, Waterside is where the 
 ships come in for Gasparilla, kind of a Tampa mardi gras. 
 
Thanks for the tips. I made a reservation at the Tampa Marriott Waterside;  
might change it to the team hotel, depending on price and availability, not 
to  mention my own availability to fly out. 

If one stays in the downtown  area, does one need a car to get around, 
incl. to game? Can one take taxis to  get around, incl. to game?
