Orange in 1979 and 1980: Per Syracuse website, we allowed 451 yards per game on the ground in losses to the Orange.? I was at the home game vs. Syracuse, and I listened to NU at Syracuse as we played well but lost. I remember the score was closer than what was expected at Syracuse, but still an NU loss. (1980. I think!)

?? As we all know by now, we have a 7:00 PM start? (EDT) vs. Syracuse ?and internet coverage only. I'm trying to circumvent all issues of media coverage by attending the game in person.? All I know, is that we better beat the #$^%^&**(900-)(*$$ out of Syracuse. It's the 1st road game, and as any one who was in Durham last year knows that nothing is automatic.?? Chances are we'll win;? on the last play of the game:)
