I'm not sure where this perception has come from. To me, there's no question Kafka can throw. I think he's got a good, maybe a very good, arm. The issue last year was decision-making (i.e. throwing it to the wrong people). He also adds an entirely different dimension with his running ability. 

And if he falters or gets banged up, I think Persa will bring a lot to the table. I get the feeling he could be a starter at a lot of schools.
