Along these lines, new Governor (and NU guy) Pat Quinn has removed 'a name' from the Illinois tollbooths, and from the interstate crossings into Illinois.? I believe they now?say something like 'the people of Illinois welcome you' (which they probably should have said all along).? I would hope all Illinois pols would follow suit, but the Chicago and Cook County signs (an incredible number of signs at all of the Cook County Forest Preserves)?don't appear to be changing over..?
