Delaware has two really good QB's heading into next year, including the kid from State Penn who beat dOSU.

I doubt that Delaware was seriously interested.

FWIW - Delaware has made a living off of Div I backups. Flacco was riding pine at Pitt when he decided he'd had enough of Wanny. The QB this year will be either a kid they got normally or the State Penn backup guy.

Watch for more fireworks in Newark this year.

Doesn't he have to sit out one year after transferring? Or the rule does not apply if you transfer from basketball to football?
