[NU Sports] Greg Paulus May Go To 'Cuse

I wonder if Paulus considered Delaware, He wouldn't have to sit out a year, or maybe if someone transfers they can play another sport right away. .

Doesn't he have to sit out one year after transferring? Or the rule does not apply if you transfer from basketball to football?
