OK. I don't know about the QB situation at Duke. But if this guy is such a hot shot (at least he was at high school), any reason why Duke did not play him at QB?

Since he will be graduating and switching sports he can apply for a waiver of the rule requiring him to sit out.  The waiver is almost always routinely granted to someone entering graduate school in a situation like his.
