So we showed up at Comiskey last night for the Cats vs. the shame. 

It got a little bit nippy, but the results on the field were awesome with the Cats never trailing and eventually winning 5-1 on the strength of some nice down the line hitting. 

Northwestern really went all out with Fitz and Phillips in attendance and 5-questions videos from a number of players. The shame had no special guests and did not do the video questions despite the fact they were the home team. 

Hopefully they do this again, although attendance was not super despite the free parking, reasonable weather, and both schools being close. 

Just for John D. -- coach Stevens son(2nd base) got caught at 2nd on a single that he tried to extend based on an errant thow. He also bobbled one ball which defeated a double-play which would have ended an inning. He also bobbled another ball, but still got the out. Btw did we see you at the game with the Tiger's cap on?
