[NU Sports] Thinking the unthinkable

For Northwestern, I'd opt for the Rose Bowl. 

I think it's a bit early to be speculating about bowl options, but what a great start by the Cats, and what a wonderful way to close out the game against Iowa. A loss at the end would have been very painful, as it would have come down to failures in the kicking game. But as it turned out, having Iowa get oh so close and still come up short was all the sweeter. 

I just got back to town and haven't had a chance to read up on the game, but I have to be believe Fitz was one proud coach on Saturday.

I believe we were third (and a distant third at that), behind Nebraska and Florida.
