Just to chime in here and follow the esteemed Mr, Weinbaum: those three wins equal the record for my four years, the class of 1980: 3-40-1. 

Which I never found funny. Not at the time and not now.

Current frosh, before attending a class, have three times as many wins - - three - - as my class of '82 totaled in four years (1-42-1).

I am certainly hoping for a victory, but remember Ohio gave Ohio State a tough time

As to new Freshman, my second day on campus ,I saw us beat NIU 10-3--hoping it was the start of soemething big--Unfortunately we won  only 5 times in my 4 years--(well if you count grad school, I had 6!)--and 1 of the wins over Indiana had already occurred 2 weeks earlier--
